In 1910 the Granite County High School was constructed on Church Hill, in the heart of Philipsburg MT, and it served the community until the last class graduated in 1972.
Today the building has been transformed into Schoolhouse Flats, a community of 16 modern rental units, offering a blend of history, modern design, and comfort in every detail.
